For the peanut-banana muffins, preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat, place paper muffin cups in a muffin tray. Drain the chickpeas and rinse well.
Finely puree all ingredients with a blender (or in a stand mixer). Pour batter into muffin cups and bake peanut-banana muffins for about 20 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
If you don't like the taste of peanuts, simply replace the peanut butter in the peanut-banana muffins with another nut butter, for example almond or cashew. If you like, you can also add chocolate chips, nuts or coconut flakes to the batter.
