For the plum roast, wash and pit the plums, sort them properly so that there are no bad spots.
Put the plums with 500 g water into a roasting pan. Simmer slowly in the oven at 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Stir again and again. After about 1 hour, the plum roast is ready and you can fill 6 medium jam jars with it.
Preparation Tip:
The plums are already very sweet, so you don't need to add extra sugar to the plum roaster.
