Boil up skim milk with vanilla sugar, salt and lemon skin.

Sprinkle in corn semolina and sauté on low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes (be careful, the polenta burns easily). Add egg, 3 tbsp chopped honey and hazelnuts.

Spread the polenta on a flat surface to a thickness of two centimeters and let it cool for about 1 hour. Cut the rhombuses or triangles into small pieces and fry them in hot fat on both sides until golden brown.

Rinse strawberries and cut in half, a few fruits whole for decoration. Sprinkle with sugar and leave to soak in juice for half an hour. Offer with polenta slices and sprinkle with remaining hazelnuts.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
