Instructions:

Wring out oranges and limes. Halve the pomegranates and juice them with a citrus juicer. Whisk together orange, lime and pomegranate juice and whip heartily with cassis and the spread in a hand mixer or with a chopping stick. Season with sugar and vanilla sugar. Form into a metal bowl and freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours. Remove the parfait, thaw slightly and chop coarsely with a spoon handle. Then whip with a mixer until creamy and place in a piping bag with a large nozzle. Pipe the pomegranate parfait into very well chilled glasses, garnish with mint and small ice cream wafers as desired and serve on the spot.

If you have an ice cream maker, you can cook the parfait in it.
