For the pomegranate sauce, place the pomegranate seeds in a pan and add water until the seeds are just covered. Let this boil.
Put the pomegranate seeds through a sieve and keep the juice with the pulp.
Make the cornstarch with a little water and then add it to the pomegranates. Let the sauce cook until thickened.
Add the butter and serve the pomegranate sauce with fish or white meat.
