Instructions:

Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Rinse the mushrooms in a sieve under cold water. Soak in hot clear soup for 1 hour.

Peel and finely dice onions and sauté in fat until translucent. Add mushrooms and clear soup, cook for 20 minutes.

Add whipped cream, let the soup bubble up repeatedly. Sprinkle in puree powder, stirring constantly with a whisk. Season soup with salt and pepper.

Pluck parsley from stems, chop finely and sprinkle over soup.
