Instructions:

For the pork chop, first heat a pan very hot without fat. Pour in a little oil and place the chops. Let fry for about 2 minutes, not moving the meat. This way you can get a nice browning.

Turn the chops and let them fry for about 2 minutes on the other side as well. Again, do not move. In between, add garlic, herbs and butter.

Drizzle the melted butter over the chops. Remove pork chops from platter and serve.
