For the pork loin in hazelnut-herb coating, quarter the potatoes lengthwise, peel and quarter the shallots, mix with the remaining ingredients and spread on a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 175 °C for about 35 minutes.
5 minutes before the potatoes are soft, prepare the meat. To do this, brush the pork chops with a little oil and salt them. Fry them in a pan on both sides, let them rest briefly and roll them in the hazelnuts and tea.
