Total time: 45 min

Instructions:

Make potatoes unpeeled with a good pinch of salt for 25 minutes. Quickly rinse, peel and cool. Cut into not too narrow slices. Cut bacon into cubes. Remove the skin from the onion and cut it into cubes as well. Mix onion and bacon. Grease a fireproof dish. Put in half of the potatoes. Spread bacon/onion evenly on top. Shape the rest of the potatoes on top. Mix the flour with 3 tbsp. sour cream until smooth. Add the remaining sour cream and the egg and mix well. Add salt. Pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and the grated cheese. Put butter flakes on top.

Bake in a heated oven at 220 °C for 40 minutes on the middle shelf.

The recipe can be varied well. I take the double mass of bacon, not too lean, and make two layers of bacon and three layers of peanut. The sour cream can also be replaced with the same mixture of herbs and cream (spicier), and the bacon with diced salami.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
