Instructions:

Fry the bacon in the oil and the onion in the bacon fat until golden brown.

Fry tomato paste, stir in paprika powder and immediately deglaze with soup stock, otherwise the paprika powder will become bitter. Stir in potatoes, garlic, pepper and caraway seeds and cook until potatoes are soft.
