For the marinade, add vinegar, sugar and salt, boil for 3 minutes, peel and dice the potatoes. Marinade over the potatoes form, mix and infuse about half an hour.
Dice eggs, onions and tomatoes. Chop basil leaves. Prepare a mayonnaise from the ingredients listed.
Mix mayo with yogurt and basil, pour over salad ingredients and mix.
Season to taste before serving.
Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
