Instructions:

For the puff pastry muffins with salmon and guacamole, first butter 6 wells of a muffin tin or place paper cups in them. Preheat the oven to 180 °C convection oven.

Spread out the puff pastry and cut into 6 rectangles of equal size. Line each cavity of the muffin tin with a piece of dough.

Peel and finely dice the shallots. Peel the avocados and remove the pit. Place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Immediately add the lime juice and mix. then stir in the diced shallots. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili.

Cut the salmon into strips about as wide as the diameter of the muffin tins.

Now, in the puff pastry lined cavities, first pour the guacamole. Then roll up the salmon strips into rolls and place on top in the center. Drape the overhanging ends of the pastry towards the top (if they rest on the muffin tin, they may stick later).

Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove, let cool briefly, loosen from the pan and sprinkle the puff pastry muffins with salmon and guacamole with popcorn.
