For the puff pastry snails, first wash the young onion and chop finely. Grate the cheese. Finely dice the ham and bacon. Mix everything with cream cheese and egg white and season with salt and pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry and spread the mixture on it, not all the way to the edge. Roll up tightly. Freeze briefly.

Then cut the pastry roll into 2 cm thick slices and place them on the (greased) griddle with enough space between them. Bake the puff pastry snails in the Philips Airfryer at 200 °C for about 15 minutes. Repeat with the remaining snails.

Preparation Tip:

The puff pastry buns make great finger food for parties.
