Fry the bacon cubes in a frying pan in a little oil at low temperature until crispy. Remove and put aside.

Clean the leek, rinse, cut into thin rings and sauté in the remaining fat. Cut the pumpkin into cubes, add to the leek and sauté briefly. Pour the soup, let it boil and simmer for twenty minutes.
