Instructions:

For the quinoa balls with berry cream, put the quinoa in a sieve, rinse with hot water and drain well. Bring milk to a boil in a saucepan.

Add the quinoa, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest and simmer with the lid on low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring a few times.
