Bring soup, quinoa, curry and soaked currants together to boil, cook in closed saucepan for 12-15 min. on 1 or possibly automatic hotplate 4-5 until soft.
Melt fat in a frying pan, sauté curry, coarsely chopped onion, peeled apple cut into wedges on 2 or automatic hotplate 4-5, add about 2 tbsp. water. Mix into the softened grains, infuse a little more, bring to the table well seasoned.
Tips: Instead of quinoa use bulgur, buckwheat or millet.
