Instructions:

For the radish soup with couscous, wash and chop radishes.

Put butter in a pot and steam radishes in it. Dust with flour, pour water (approx. 1-1.5 l) and season with BURGL`s herbal soup seasoning and boil.

Puree with a hand blender.

Add couscous and whipped cream and bring to the boil again.

Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper if necessary.

Garnish with parsley greens or freshly chopped parsley and serve the radish soup with couscous.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of the couscous, you can also use 2-3 cooked potatoes (cut into cubes) as a soup garnish.
