For the Ringlotten Shake, peel the mango and separate the flesh from the core. Remove the seeds. Set aside 2 ringroots.
Put everything in a blender and puree well. Stir in the chia seeds. Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle with hemp seeds. Remove seeds from one ringlet per glass and place on a straw, serve and enjoy.
Preparation Tip:
Unhulled hemp seeds have a nutty taste and are rich in valuable vegetable protein. If you like, try the Ringlotten Shake with a different milk.
