Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

Prepare the noodles in as little water as possible with the saffron as well as the turmeric, or prepare saffron noodles according to package instructions. Cut the onions into rings and sauté them in the butter with the garlic. Add the washed spinach leaves while still wet and drop together. Stir until the spinach is cooked (about 3 minutes). Add the whipped cream, season and cook a little bit. Fold in the shrimp at the end and just heat through. Do not bring to the boil!

Season the pasta with a little freshly grated nutmeg and arrange on a plate. Spread the garlic spinach with the shrimps evenly over it.
