Instructions:

For semolina cakes, boil the milk with salt and vanilla, stir in the semolina. Boil for 5 minutes, stir well. Add sugar and soaked gelatin.

Let cool, before stiffening stir in the whipped cream and pour the mixture into ramekins rinsed with cold water.

Allow to set, dip in hot water, turn out. Decorate with whipped cream.
