Instructions:

Bring plenty of salted water to a bubbling boil in a large saucepan.

Pour in spaghetti. Bring to the boil, stir once and cook al dente for about 8 minutes.

In the meantime, cut bacon into fine cubes or strips, if desired. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry bacon until crispy.

Remove the peel from the garlic and press it through a garlic press directly into the bacon. Remove the frying pan from the kitchen stove.

Mix eggs in a large baking bowl with a whisk. Fold in whipped cream, if desired. Stir in bacon along with bacon grease.

Grate Parmesan directly over the baking bowl to the eggs. Or grate separately onto a plate and add. Stir everything well and season with salt and pepper.

Drain spaghetti well and fold into egg mixture on the spot. Arrange in portions on plates. Grind pepper over the top and perhaps shave Parmesan on top.
