Instructions:

Mix 3 tbsp. vinegar salt, flour, flakes, flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.

Melt the yeast in lukewarm tap water and add to the cereal mixture with the vinegar.

Mix everything properly with a wooden spoon. The dough must be quite crunchy. Otherwise, add a tiny bit of tap water.

Oil a loaf pan and sprinkle with flour, sesame seeds, rolled oats or sunflower seeds if desired.

Fill the dough into the form, cut it lengthwise at the top and moisten it with a little tap water. Sprinkle with seeds or flour as desired.

Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.
