Instructions:

Add long-grain rice to boiling, lightly salted water and cook for about 20 minutes.

Remove the skin from the onion and cut into fine cubes. Clean and rinse cauliflower and broccoli and cut into roses or pieces.

Heat fat in a saucepan. Sauté onion cubes and curry in it. Extinguish with 3/4 liter of water and bring to a boil. Mix in vegetable soup. Add cauliflower and broccoli. Cook for approx. 10 min.

Rinse and drain the raisins. Approx. 5 min before end of cooking time add to vegetable form.

Drain long grain rice. Remove vegetables from clear soup. Stir sour cream and sauce thickener. Stir into the clear soup and let it bubble up briefly. Add orange zest. Season with orange juice, salt and pepper. Heat vegetables briefly in the sauce. Serve with long grain rice.
