Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Remove the skin from the garlic and press through a press. Chop chilies finely. Remove the skin from the onion and cut into wedges. Remove seeds from peppers and cut into strips. Cut broccoli into roses. Stir-fry everything in hot oil in a large frying pan for 2 min. Add sprouts and roast for another 3 min. Meanwhile, toast peanuts, turning, in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown. Cool in frying pan and coarsely chop except for a few nuts for garnish. Add noodles to vegetable form and fold in soy sauce, sugar and chopped peanuts and season to taste. Serve sprinkled with parsley or cilantro and whole peanuts. Tip: Rice noodles are quick to make – simply soak in hot water for 4 minutes and drain. Ribbon noodles can also be used instead.

Info: Instead of the chilies and sugar, the vegetable noodles can also be seasoned with ready-made chili sauce / hot sauce. The dish will be less spicy if the chilies are deseeded before chopping.
