Instructions:

For the first variant of the spread quartet in a glass, finely dice the dried tomatoes and divide among 4-6 glasses. Then mix the Bresso Leichtgenuss fine herbs with 4 tablespoons of crème fraîche in a bowl and pour the cream cheese mixture into the glasses as a second layer. Finally, drape a slice of Parma ham decoratively on top of the spread and garnish with fresh basil. For the second variation, finely dice the zucchini, sauté in a pan in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool. In a bowl, mix Bresso with fresh garlic and crème fraîche. Divide the zucchini cubes among the glasses, pour in the cream cheese mixture as well, and garnish with grilled peppers. For the third variation, finely dice the cocktail tomatoes, pour off the excess liquid and add a little salt. Then divide the tomato cubes evenly among 4-6 glasses. Place the trout fillet in a bowl, break it up with a fork and mix well with the Bresso with horseradish and the crème fraîche, or blend briefly for a particularly creamy texture. Season to taste with lemon juice and grated lemon zest. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the diced tomatoes and garnish with chopped parsley. For the fourth variation, peel and finely dice the avocados. Drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown and divide among 4-6 glasses. Mix the Bresso Cherry Tomatoes & Chili with 4 tbsp.
