Instructions:

For gratinated steaks, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Rub the steaks with steak seasoning and sear briefly on both sides in a pan with butter.

Then keep warm in a baking dish. Chop the zucchini, bell bell pepper, onion and garlic and sauté in the pan for about 10 minutes.

Add parsley and season with salt and pepper. Pour the vegetables over the steaks and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve gratinated steaks with potato wedges or parsley potatoes and fresh salad.

Preparation Tip:

Gratinated steaks can also be made with beef steaks.
