Instructions:

Boil orange and lime peel, lime juice, orange peel, sago, strawberry jam, powdered sugar and water, swell for thirty minutes with the lid closed.

Fold in the pureed and quartered berries, add strawberry liqueur and leave to cool.

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together – except the whipped cream – then stir in the stiffly whipped cream.

When serving, garnish the grits with the strawberry halves and offer the sauce with them.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
