Instructions:

Cook the vanilla pudding according to instructions with milk and sugar and cool. Mix the curd cheese with the remaining ground cloves, sugar, lemon zest, juice of one lemon and the cooled pudding until smooth and then fold in the eggs one by one.

Rinse the plums, remove the seeds and cut them into quarters – but do not cut them all the way through. Butter a gratin dish, pour in a layer of lasagna sheets, place the plums on top, spread the curd mixture on top and repeat these layers until everything is used up together, closing with a qurk layer.

Put the rest of the butter in flakes on the casserole and bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 60 minutes until golden brown.

It goes very well with a ball of ice cream
