Instructions:

Cover two baking sheets with baking paper. Preheat oven to 160°C.For the doughs: Mix the ingredients separately in bowls and knead them into smooth doughs. From both doughs form strands of about 4cm Ø, pinch off 2cm pieces. Roll 15cm long and 3mm thick strands. Place two strands close to each other on the baking tray and form beautiful hearts. Bake in oven with hot air for 12-15 minutes until light brown. When cooled, store in cookie tins.Serving suggestion: Go well on a brown plate and harmonize excellently with green tea.

Preparation Tip:

To get a pattern, lightly cut all around the shaped hearts, before baking.
