For the tarte flambée, clean the leeks and peppers, cut the peppers into strips and the leeks into fine rings. Cut the hamburger bacon into strips.

Place the tarte flambée dough on a coated baking tray, spread with crème fraiche, top with bacon strips and leek rings.

Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and spread it on the tarte flambée. Finally, spread the bell pepper strips on top and add bell pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake the tarte flambée for about 6 minutes.
