Instructions:

For the tarte flambée, first prepare the dough.

For the dough, mix all ingredients together, work into a dough and roll out. Spread the dough with herb spread.

Spread the cheese (cubed) and the ham (cubed) on top. Then add the remaining ingredients (peppers, onions chopped) and the corn on top of the tarte flambée.

Bake the tarte flambée for approx. 12 minutes at 260 degrees top/bottom heat.
