Instructions:

Telnoje can be made from filleted salt or possibly freshwater fish.

Turn the fish fillets one by one in flour to the other side and roll up into a roulade. Wrap well with a thread and with a net.

Make a broth with the other ingredients and cook the fish roulades in the broth for 15 min.

Take them out and let them cool down for a few minutes. Then remove the nets and threads and serve warm.

Serve with boiled potatoes sprinkled with dill and finely chopped onions.
