Instructions:

Toast the barley flour in a frying pan in sesame oil until it is dark (do not overdo it and start again when it is burnt, otherwise it tastes really nasty).

Add the boiling water in small portions, using a spoon to mix until the dough begins to form.

Bake at 230 degrees for 20 min. on middle baking sheet, then another 40 min. at 200 degrees on top baking sheet.

We can equally try baking at about 175 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Have fun trying it out and most of all eating it.
