For the tikka masala marinade, first deseed the chili pepper and roughly chop it. Peel and chop the ginger. Peel the garlic.
Grind the coriander, cumin and mustard in a mortar. Mix well with chili, garlic, salt, garam masala, turmeric and ginger. At the end, add the yogurt to the tikka masala marinade and stir well again.
Preparation Tip:
Use the tikka masala marinade to marinate chicken, for example. So it becomes particularly tender and gets an Asian spice.
