For the tortilla pizza, spread tomato sauce or tomato paste on the tortilla patty.

Sprinkle with cheese and then top with vegetables of choice, such as zucchini, bell bell pepper, corn or onion. Then season with oregano, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.

Bake the tortilla pizza for about 10 minutes at 180°C convection or at 170°C top/bottom heat.

Preparation Tip:

Tortilla pizza is an ideal, quick leftover meal because you can basically top it with anything and it's perfect if you have a few patties left over from wraps from the day before.
