Instructions:

A great pasta dish for any occasion:

1. rinse turkey goulash. Drain chanterelles. Peel and dice onion. Clean, rinse and halve mushrooms.

Heat oil. Brown meat in portions. Add mushrooms and onion and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Dust meat and mushrooms with flour and sauté. Add paprika and paradeis pulp. Extinguish with 1/2 liter of water, milk and whipped cream. Mix in clear soup and bring to a boil. Simmer goulash on low heat for about 35 minutes.

Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Season goulash, drain noodles and mix with chopped parsley.
