Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Fold in all ingredients one by one. Form the dough into a roll (diameter 2.5 cm) and cut into even pieces. Form into balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper (or greased) and flatten with a fork or a teaspoon. Bake in a heated oven at 190 °C for approx. 15 to 20 min.
Makes about 120 pieces.
