For the wild rabbit, wash the rabbit parts, pat dry and rub with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a pot and fry the bacon cut into strips. Remove the bacon and let the rabbit parts brown well on all sides in the frying residue.

Quarter the onion, finely chop the garlic and add it to the meat and let it fry as well until the onions are slightly brown. Dust with flour and deglaze everything with soup and wine. Let simmer in the closed pot for about 1 hour.

In the meantime, slice the mushrooms and let them stew with the rabbit for another 15 minutes.

Finally, season everything with salt, pepper and white wine and add the bacon cubes.
