A cake recipe for all foodies:

For the dough, mix sugar, yeast, flour and salt. Add the oil and lukewarm milk and knead everything together with the dough hook of the mixer and then with your hands. Leave to rise for about half an hour in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size.

Knead the dough again and roll out into a circle (approx. 28 cm). Spread out on a greased baking pan. Soak the dried fruit for about 30 minutes. Then drain and drain well. Cover the dough with it.

Crumble the marzipan paste over the fruit. Mix the eggs with the whipped cream and the cinnamon and pour over the fruit.

Bake in a heated oven at about 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
