For the yogurt-chia pudding with applesauce, mix the yogurt with oat flakes, chia seeds and honey (or other sweetener) and let it swell preferably overnight.
Pile the yogurt-chia pudding on a plate and surround with applesauce and cranberry compote.

Compote with other fruits can also be used for the yogurt chia pudding.
